Harry:
Osama! Long time no speak. Where are you?
Osama:
You know I can't tell you that.
Harry:
Ok...ok...fair enough. How are you? How have you been?
Osama:
Not too bad considering. I can't talk for too long. I know you have been trying to reach me. How are you?
Harry:
Yeah I've been wanting to talk to you. I'm pretty pissed off. The recent Israeli incursions have really rekindled my desires to go and fight alongside my Palestinian brothers. That's why I have been so desperate to talk to you.
Osama:
I am glad to hear you are still the same old Harry. You still have the same fight in you.
Harry:
Yeah, I mean I'm still doing all my campaigning for the Palestinian cause and battling to change the government's misguided approach to tackling terrorism, but sometimes it just doesn't feel like enough.
Osama:
Go on...
Harry:
I'm sure a lot of us Brits felt like helping out the French during the Nazi occupation. It's a lot like that - I want to do whatever I can to help the Palestinian freedom fighters. I get so irate when I hear about Israeli settlement building on Palestinian land that I could almost see myself picking up a gun and fighting the Israeli army. So I can only imagine what someone in the occupied territories must feel like!
Osama:
Yes, their suffering is truly unbearable. A desperate man will do anything for freedom from oppression.
Harry:
I know! Don't get me wrong, I still completely disagree with you on how to go about facing up to this. Indiscriminate killing of men, women and children of any race or creed is totally unjustifiable. But that doesn't mean I don't understand what drives people to such desperate measures.
Osama:
You have your approach, I have mine.
Harry:
Damn right.
Osama:
Anyway, I must go. They will be able to trace this call any second. I will be in touch when I can.
